GP FOR HOME 3 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “....to issue direction or direction, order or orders, writ or writs, particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ and declare the action of the respondents particularly 4th to 9threspondents insisting the petitioners to attend their police station regularly without registering any crime amounts to interfering into the peace full living, liberty and livelihood of the petitioners violative of provisions of Cr.P.C., and violative of Articles 14, 19 (i) (g), 21 of the Constitution of India consequently direct the respondents not to interfere into the peaceful living of the petitioners and not call the petitioners to police station without registering crime and to pass...” 2. None represented for the petitioners. 3. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader, would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil dispute and the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. In that view, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to insist the petitioners to attend the police station without there being any crime registered against them. There shall be no order as to costs.
