2. This is an application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Naya Suraksha
Page No.# 2/2 Sanhita, 2023 praying for granting of bail to the accused/applicant, namely, Purna Das in connection with Sessions Case. 76/2025 arising ourt of Morigaon P.S. Case No. 88/2025 and under 127(2)/117(2)/103 of BNS, 2023.
3. It appears that Charge-sheet has already been submitted and trial has commenced and the evidence of the main eye witnesses has also been recorded.
4. On perusal of the material available on record including the statement of the witness before the I.O. as well as the postmortem report, I find sufficient incriminating material against the petitioner.
5. Considering the gravity of the offence, the prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage.
6. The petition stands dismissed.
