pleased to pleased to issue a Writ/Order/Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not considering the representation dated 23.11.2020 of the petitioners for taking action against Respondents 4 to 6 on their acts beyond the powers vests with them in trespassing into the house of the petitioners under the guise of enquiries by taking away gold, laptop etc., without panchanama as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction besides violation of Art.14 86 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent herein to conducting an enquiry against the allegations leveled in complaint dated 23.11.2020 of the petitioner against Respondents 4 to 6 for initiating an appropriate action against them forthwith and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the Respondents to consider the representation dated 23.11.2020 for conducting an enquiry for returning of their valuables against Respondents 4 to 6 forthwith pending disposal of the Writ Petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner: SRINIVASULU KURRA Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME The Court made the following order:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

2. Heard Sri Srinivasulu Kurra, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that since the matter is of civil in nature, crime is not registered on the representation dated 23.11.2020 of the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter before appropriate forum.
5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to recourse their remedies according to law before the appropriate forum. No order as to costs.
