HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE WASIM SADIQ NARGAL, JUDGE
ORDER (07.03.2025)
01. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the order which is impugned in the present petition dated 08.09.2023 has since been withdrawn which is apparent from bare perusal of the stand taken by the respondents in the reply, thus, in the light of the stand taken by the respondents, no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping the instant petition pending.
02. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
03. Thus, in the light of the stand taken by the respondents, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
04. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
