The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 307 of 2021 arising out of Kamdara P.S. Case No. 14 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 407 of 2021, for the offences registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gumla. 3. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Bhukli Barla, who was hacked to death and her dead body was recovered from the field of Hari Sigh situated at Narshinghpur, Ambatoli. 4. From the impugned order, it transpired that several witnesses have stated that the petitioner had gone to the market with his wife and he returned alone. They also stated that the body of the petitioner was stained in blood. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
