CMP No.30792 of 2025 The instant application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed on behalf of applicant/respondent No.1-Mool Chand for release of the balance awarded amount of compensation. As per the applicant, since the appeal has been finally decided by this Hon’ble Court on 22.11.2025, therefore, the entire balance awarded amount of compensation may be released in his favour. 2. No reply is intended to be filed to the application. Learned Deputy Solicitor General of India has placed on record communication dated 11.01.2026 and he has no objection in case the prayer made in the application is allowed. 3 Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which is duly supported with the affidavit of applicant Mool Chand, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the entire balance awarded amount of compensation, alongwith up-to-date interest, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, in favour of applicant/respondent No.1, after proper verification and identification by remitting the same to his bank account, details whereof have been given in para-5 of the application.
