Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel is directed to get an expert opinion upon the answers given by the petitioner in the answer book of Mathematics Subject of Intermediate Examination-2024 and place the same before this Court in a sealed cover on the next date fixed. Put up this matter as fresh on 09.04.2025." 2. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 05.03.2025, Sri R.P. Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel has produced photocopy of expert opinion report, which is taken on record, according to which, after re-checking the answer book of Mathematics subject of petitioner in the Intermediate Examination-2024, the petitioner has secured 92 marks. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed. The respondent no.2-Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Prayagraj is directed to issue corrected marks-sheet of Intermediate Examination-2024 to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
