Also heard Mr B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State of Assam. Mr N J Das, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent No. 2.
2. Trial Court Records received have been perused. The statement of minor victim and two PWs have also been considered. Charges are under the POCSO Act.
3. Upon going through the statements made, this Court is not convinced that there is little or no chance of conviction. Therefore, at this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. .
