Case No. 51 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 103(1) / 61 / 238 / 55 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla. 3. On 19.10.2024, husband of the Informant was murdered at a place near Gulechi Paani Kadanghat rock. His throat was slit. Suspicion was raised against the co-accused Kinu Singh that he might have murdered the husband of the Informant due to previous enmity. 4. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused Kinu Singh. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla in connection with Palkot P.S.
