An affidavit of compliance has also been filed on behalf of the opposite party indicating therein that by order dated 11.05.2026, representation filed by the applicant has been decided and, therefore, order of the writ Court has been complied with. 4. Considering the stand taken in the affidavit and the order annexed thereto, no cause of action remains to further proceed with the matter. 5. The contempt application, accordingly, stands disposed of. 6. Notice issued on contempt application stands discharged. 7. Bailable warrants stand nullified and discharged.
