Mr. Rajat Chaudhary, learned Assistant Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents/State. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 23.06.2021 in CWP No. 3047 of 2020, titled as 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- Jagdish Kumar & Ors. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage in case, the case of the petitioner is decided by the competent authority i.e., respondent No. 2/ The Executive Engineer, I&PH Division Hamirpur on the basis of judgment passed in Jagdish Kumar & Ors (supra), in a time bound manner. 3. Prayer being innocuous is allowed. 4. Record reveals that the petitioner has approached this Court, without making the representation to the competent authority i.e. respondent No. 2. In view of above, the petitioner is permitted to make an appropriate representation to the competent authority i.e., respondent No. 2/ The Executive Engineer, I&PH Division Hamirpur, within a period of two weeks from today and on receipt of such representation, competent authority i.e., respondent No. 2/ The Executive Engineer, I&PH Division Hamirpur, shall decide the same within further period of eight weeks by passing a detailed and reasoned order, strictly in terms of judgment passed in Jagdish Kumar & Ors (supra). -3- 5.
