Present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure aggrieved by the FIR No. 252 of 2020, dated 13.12.2020 (Annexure P/1), registered at Police Station Pendra, District Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi, Chhattisgarh, which has been lodged against the present petitioners for quashment of the same. 2. The petitioners have filed the present CRMP with the following reliefs: “It is therefore most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to quash the FIR lodged against the applicants vide FIR No. 0252/2020 registered on 13.12.2020, in the interest of justice.” 3.
