Heard Sri Satyendra Chandra Tripathi, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Rakesh Kumar, learned counsel for respondents. 2. The Court wants to decide the issue involved in this writ petition finally after exchange of pleadings, however, learned counsel for petitioner submits that before that let State-respondents be provided an opportunity to decide representation filed by petitioner so far as prayer in regard to Old Pension Scheme is concerned. 3. Learned counsel for respondents submits that an opportunity may be granted to State-respondents to decide grievance of petitioner. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case petitioner files a detailed representation afresh disclosing all relevant facts and laws, if any, within 3 weeks from today, the same shall be considered in accordance with law by State-respondents within a reasonable period.
