JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER 18.11.2025 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 14.11.2025, the petitioner could submit the photographic evidence in respect to package Nos.2 and 3 and have been duly issued the Site Verification Certificate. However, in respect to the package No.4, the petitioner could not submit the said photographic evidence and, as such, the petitioner now does not insist upon the Site Verification Certificate and accordingly, the learned counsel submits that the writ petition may be closed. 2.
