Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R. Islam, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2. Also heard Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State respondent No. 1. 2. The learned counsels for both the parties have submitted that that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties out of the court and they do not want to proceed any further to continue with the current issue. They do not want to persue the litigation. 3. Moreover, the learned counsel for the parties also submitted in unision that the following portion reflected in the judgment and Order dated 09.12.2020, passed in Criminal Revision No. 29/2020 by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Dhubri ………”Send back the case record of G.R. Case No. 2219/2020 to the learned trial Court alongwith copy of this judgment. The learned Trial Court is directed to take necessary steps by fixing liability, if any one is found guilty of playing fraud with the order of the Court and pass necessary order on the petition of the revision petitioner as per the provisions of law” require interference, accordingly, it is provided that the execution of the said portion of the order shall not be acted upon by the learned trial Court. 4.
