Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Addl. P.P for the State. 2. This application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS, seeking bail of the petitioner, namely, Sahab Uddin, who was arrested on 24.09.2025 in connection with Doboka P.S. Case No. 188/2025 under Sections Page No.# 2/2 61(2)/80(2) of BNS,2023. 3. TCR as call for has been received. It appears that the charge-sheet has been filed against the present petitioners No.1 Sahab Uddin as well his father, Rofique Uddin. It appears from the post-mortem report that this is a case of suicidal death and further it appears that the father of the petitioner has also been granted bail by the learned trial Court. The present petitioner has spent nearly 50 days in custody. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid facts further detention of the petitioner is not considered as necessary. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed. 5. Accordingly, it is provided that the accused petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Hojai, in connection with the aforesaid case. 6.
