By filing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the petitioner prays for modification of conditions as contained in order dated 11.07.2025 in A.B.A. No.3647 of 2025, passed by this Court, while granting anticipatory bail to this petitioner. 3. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is a resident of West Bengal, he does not have any known person within the State of Jharkhand, who is having a landed property in his name. He further submits that he can produce bailers, who were having immovable property. He thus prays that the conditions so far as bailer is concerned, may be modified to that extent. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the order dated 11.07.2025 passed in A.B.A. No.3647 of 2025, is modified to the extent that one of the bailers should be the close relative of the petitioner; and the second bailer should be a resident of State of Jharkhand, having sufficient movable or immovable property, 2025:JHHC:30330 2 valuation of which should not be less than Rs.50,000/-. Further, the petitioner should appear and file bail bonds by 17th October, 2025. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. 6. Let this order be faxed to learned Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Dhanbad, in connection with G.R.P.S. Dhanbad Case No.38 of 2024. (ANANDA SEN, J.) 26th September, 2025 Prashant. Cp-3
