JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR Order 08/09/2025 1. These instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 of BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioners. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.245/2025 registered at Police Station Mantown, District Sawaimadhopur for the offence(s) under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 338, 340(2), 61(2)(a), 111(2)(b) of BNS and Section 66-D of IT Act and Section 13 of RPGO. 2. Learned counsels for the accused-petitioners submit that the accused-petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsels submit that co-accused Balram has already been enlarged on bail by this court vide order dated 29.08.2025 passed in SB Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 11010/2025. They further submits that there are no criminal antecedents against the accused-petitioners. The accused-petitioners are in custody since 17.07.2025 and trial of the case may take considerable time, [2025:RJ-JP:35787] (3 of 4) [CRLMB-9618/2025] therefore, these bail applications of the accused-petitioners may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes these bail applications and contended that the accused-petitioners were apprehended and their mobile phones were checked by the police officials and in their mobile phones certain applications were found, by using those applications petitioners' have deceived public at large. In the bank account of petitioner Manish amount of Rs. 16,32,904/- (Sixteen Lakh thirty two thousand nine hundred four) were found and similarly in the bank account of petitioner Harimohan and Harikesh also some amount were deposited, therefore, considering the allegations levelled against the petitioners, the bail applications of the accused-petitioners may be dismissed. 4. Heard and perused the material available on record. 5. It is not desirable to express anything on the merits of the case. Considering the fact that the accused-petitioners are in custody since long and trial of the case may take considerable time, co-accused Balram has already been enlarged on bail, therefore, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused- petitioners on bail. 6.
