The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs: “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition. 10.2 Kindly direct to respondents to pay the petitioner after all amount 427442/- Rupees (Four Lack twenty seven thousand and four hundred forty two) rupees only with interest of 18% from 2003. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deem fit may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that there is an arbitration clause in the agreement entered into between the petitioner and respondents No.6 to 12. They would submit that the writ petition is not maintainable. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to 3 approach the arbitrator according to clause 35 of the agreement. The prayer made by counsel for the petitioner appears to be reasonable. 4.
