ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri Pamarthy Rathnakar, learned Counsel appearing online for the Writ Petitioner, Sri K. Bhagat Singh, learned Assistant Pleader for Revenue and Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for GAD. The prayer sought in the Writ Petitioner is as under: Government

Sri Pamarthy Rathnakar, learned Counsel appearing online for the Writ Petitioner, would submit that the Writ Petitioner has under the Right to Information Act, 2005 on 13.12.2024 before the Competent Authority, seeking the information mentioned in paragraph 3 of the Affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition. It is also submitted by the Writ Petitioner that, since the statutory period of thirty (30) days had already lapsed, the Writ Petitioner filed Appeal the Chief Information Commissioner on 29.01.2025 (Ex.P.2). Having regard to the facts of the to dispose of the matter at the admission directions; made an Application

case, this Court deems it appropriate stage by issuing the following
3 r The Public Information Officer (PIO)-cum-Mandal Revenue Tahsildar (Respondent No.3) is directed to act on the Application submitted by the Writ Petitioner dated 13.12.2024 (Ex.P.1) within a period of four (04) weeks and to issue Proceedings within two (02) weeks thereafter by passing an Order in accordance with I. law; The said Proceedings issued by Respondent No.3 shall be communicated to the Writ Petitioner within two (02) weeks thereafter: and In view of the above directions, the Writ Petitioner is directed to withdraw the Appeal pending before the Chief Information Commissioner within two (02) weeks from today.
