2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 481 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 498(A), 379, 504, 506 of I.P.C. and Section ¾ of the D.P. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, complainant alleged that after marriage, the accused demanded 1,00,000 ₹ and harassed her mentally and physically when her father could not pay. She miscarried due to torture. Later, 1,00,000 was ₹ given, but she was beaten again, expelled from the house, and asked to bring 2,00,000 more to return. ₹
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56608 of 2025(4) dt.20-02-2026 2/2 the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada/ concerned Court below in connection with Complaint Case No. 481 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
