This revisional application has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 423 of 2019 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) 2nd Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas, as well as an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 pending in connection therewith. 2. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed direction for prior service of a copy of this application along with notice on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of this application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 3. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) 2nd Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas to dispose of the petitioners’ application for injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a 2 period of two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 4. The learned Trial Court is further requested to dispose of Title Suit No. 423 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight months from the date of disposal of the said application for injunction, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5. CO. 1320 of 2025 stands disposed of, with the above observations. 6.
