By this application filed u/s 5 of the Limitation Act, the petitioner has prayed for condoning the delay of 1 day in filing the connected Criminal Revision Petition preferred against the Judgment and Order dated 06.06.2025 passed in GR Case No. 5876 of 2014 corresponding to Silchar P.S Case No. 2837 of 2014. Page No.# 3/3 The petitioner in the said application more specifically in paragraph 4 has stated there is delay of 1 day in filing the Criminal Revision before this Court, which has been caused due to reasons beyond the control of the applicant and that there was no lapses or negligence on the part of the applicant in not filing the Criminal Revision in time. Being satisfied with the ground and the extent of delay in the instant case, this Court finds it fit that the delay of 1 day in filing the connected Criminal Revision is condoned for the end of justice.
