The property of the petitioners is said to have been acquired in the year 2018 and the petitioners have gone on - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:18589 WP No. 13561 of 2025 submitting representations for grant of compensation for the said acquisition. The non-consideration of the representation has driven the petitioners to this court in the subject petition. 3. Learned counsel Sri.H.L.Pradeep kumar appearing for the respondent No.3 submits that if reasonable time is granted, the representation would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed, in accordance with law. 4. In that light, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition without deeper dwelling into the matter with a direction to respondent No.3 to dispose the representation within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and communicate the order so passed by the 3rd respondent to the petitioners.
