In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No Order as to Costs. Liberty is, however, granted to the Writ Petitioner to approach the Court, if there is inaction on the part of the Respondent No.2 beyond the statutory period. 4.
