The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s) : “10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records to the pursuant of this court. 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ, order, direction to the respondent No.5 to pay the outstanding Rs. 3,50,000/- of the petitioner as early as possible with interest of 18% REKHA SINGH -2- per annum. 10.3 Any other relief which may be suitable in fact and circumstances of the case may also granted in the favor of the petitioner.” 10.4 To award the cost and expenses of this petition.” 2. Mr. Verma would submit that the outstanding amount has already been released on 29.07.2025. 3. The document has been produced during the course of the argument and same is taken on record. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would endorse the submission made by Mr. Verma. 5. Taking into consideration the fact that outstanding amount has already been released through Cheque No.202857 -122444 dated 29.07.2025. The present petition is disposed of.
