P. Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions of Engineering/Pharmacy Diploma Holders into Under Graduate Professional Courses through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2006 as amended by G.O.Ms.No.43 Higher Education (E.C) Department, dated 11.12.2020 for admissions under APECET – 2025 in so far as the petitioners institutions/colleges are concerned. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that cause in the Writ Petition does not survive. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. 4.
