Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not visit Shimla for attending the Court on account of forth coming examination of her daughter. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to certain defects in the petition, he wants to withdraw it with liberty to file afresh. Prayer is not opposed. Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed for.
