Khan, learned counsel for the accused applicant. Also heard Mr. P. S. Lahkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. 2. This is an application filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for Page No.# 2/3 pre-arrest bail for the accused applicant in connection with Kokrajhar P.S. Case No.225/2025, registered under Section 303(2)/325 of BNS, R/w Section 13(1)/16 of the Assam Cattle Preservation Act, 2021, R/w Section 11(1)(a) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1960. 3. Vide an order dated 23.10.2025, the coordinate Bench of this Court has already granted to the accused applicant to go on an interim pre- arrest bail. The learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that in terms of the aforesaid order dated 23.10.2025, the accused applicant has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and got his statement recorded by the Investigating Officer. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that accused applicant is cooperating with the investigation and shall also cooperate with the further investigation and therefore, his interim pre-arrest bail be made absolute. 5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that it transpires that the accused applicant has already appeared before the Investigating Officer. 6. In view of the aforesaid, this Court is of the view that the aforesaid interim order dated 23.10.2025 should be made absolute. Accordingly, the interim order dated 23.10.2025 is hereby made absolute on the same terms and conditions as stated in the order dated 23.10.2025. 7.
