ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ or Order or direction particularly one in the nature of WRIT MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the respondents in conducting investigation relating to the Crime No.860 of 2016 on the file of the Patamata Police Station Vijayawada for the offences punishable u/s 419, 420 and 468 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 as illegal arbitrary violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to complete the investigation in Crime No 860/2016 on the file of the Patamata Police Station Vijayawada for the offences punishable u/s 419, 420 and 468 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code ”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that after issuing notice to the defacto complainant the case is closed as “UNDETECTABLE”.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.

4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
