Also heard Mr. D.P.Goswami, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent. 2. This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, namely, (1) Charan Das (2) Ajay Medhi @ Kaku Medhi (3) Manas Das, apprehending arrest in connection with Jorhat P.S. Case No. 328/2025 registered u/s 309 (6) BNS. 3. The Case diary, as called for, is placed before the Court. 4. It may be mentioned that by order, dated 10.07.2025 the petitioners were granted interim bail and pursuant to which they were stated to be appeared before the IO for recording statement. 5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that as per his instruction, investigation has completed resulting in a charge-sheet. He further submits there is sufficient progress in the investigation but no noting is there regarding filing of charge-sheet in the case diary. 6. In that circumstance, the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioners, vide order, dated 10.07.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject to the condition that the petitioners: (a) shall co-operate with the trial; (b) Shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence of the case. 7.
