No. 52632/2025, alongwith all the assertions and allegations contained in the application. 2. Mr. Garg submits that the petitioner shall file the affidavit of undertaking as directed vide order dated 01.08.2025, in the terms contained in para 4 thereof, within 15 days. Furthermore, Mr. Garg has handed-over to Mr. Satish Sahay, learned counsel for the respondent a cheque in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- towards use and occupation charges for the months of July and August 2025 at Rs. 25,000/- per month. 3. Mr. Garg submits that henceforth the use and occupation will be remitted electronically to the account, as per details furnished by the respondent. This is a digitally signed order.
