Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 347 of 2024 arising out of Rail Ranchi P.S. Case No. 03 of 2024 for the offences under sections 328, 379, 411 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-X, Ranchi. On 17.12.2023, Informant, who was travelling by Vananchal Express, was drugged by unknown person. After drugging him, the unknown person took away his cash and other articles. It was submitted that the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade and nothing has been recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that the petitioner has been remanded in this case from another case. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court earlier. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-X, Ranchi in connection with S.T.
