Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 35 of 2024 arising out of Tamar P.S. Case No. 47 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 2047 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 379, 411, 413, 414, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-V, Ranchi.

Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 8779 of 2024 by order dated 12.12.2024.

On 26.05.2023, Tamar Police apprehend this petitioner along with a stolen motorcycle.

It was submitted that bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court as the petitioner had criminal antecedent. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than two years.

Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-V, Ranchi, in connection with S.T. No. 35 of 2024 arising out of Tamar P.S. Case No. 47 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 2047 of 2023.
