Heard Sri Ch.C.Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Srinivas Pathuri, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments.
2. Challenging the notice issued by the 5th respondent dated 06.08.2024 under Section 83 (2) of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable Hindu

Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, the present writ petition is filed.
3. It is contended by the petitioners that they have raised certain Zinc Sheet Sheds, shops over the road margin of the main road of Atmakur, S.P.S.R.Nellore District, on the way from Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple to Seenaiah Hotel. In the said shops, the petitioners have been running Tailoring and Barber shops.
4. It is stated that pursuant to the show cause notice, final orders were passed, however no appeal has been filed. Having regard to the same, since the final orders have been passed pursuant to the show cause notice, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
