Case No. 32/2024 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 38/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 376, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum- Special Judge, POCSO, Lohardaga. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the informant. It is alleged that prior to the marriage, the petitioner had sexually assaulted the informant. However, both the parties got married in the year 2018. It is alleged that subsequently, the petitioner started demanding dowry and the informant was tortured to enforce the demand of dowry and ultimately, she was driven away from her matrimonial home. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the parties have solemnized their marriage in the year 2018 and the present case has been instituted in the year 2024. It was further submitted that the informant has not sustained any injury at the hands of the petitioner. 5. Mr. Ajay Kumar Pathak, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Lohardaga.in connection with Kairo P.S.
