Case No. 47 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 64 and 89 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri D.R. Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is a major lady. Initially, petitioner has promised to marry her, but later, refused to do so. 4. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for about two years. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri D.R.
