The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "अततः ममानननीय न्यमायमालय ससे समाननुररोध पमाररनमा हहै ककतः- अ- परममादसेश यमा अन्य उकचित पकक कत कमा लसेख/आदसेश/कनदरश कनररत करतसे हहए पकतपकनी सस0 2 एवस 3 करो यह आदसेकशत ककयमा जमाय कक- उनकसे दमारमा यमाचिनी कसे पत्यमावसेदन कदनमासककत 24-10- 2024 करो कनधमारररत समयमावधध मम कनस्तमाररत करतसे हहए , यमाचिनी करो सम्बनन्धत पमशन स्ककीम 1995 कसे असतररत ममाधसक पमशन दसेनसे कसे धलए समनुकचित कमायरवमाहनी करम। ब- अन्य अननुतरोष जरो न्यमायरोकचित हरो, यमाचिनी करो पदमान करमायमा जमाए। स- यमाकचिकमा सव्यय यमाचिनी कसे पक मम स्वनीकमार ककयमा जमाए।" 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the representation of the petitioner dated 24.10.2024 claiming provident fund with regard to the pension is pending and the same may be decided in a time bound manner. 4. Sri Jagdish Pathak,, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 submits that the application of the petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the representation of the petitioner dated 24.10.2024 pending before respondent No.2 be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
