In the order dated 16th September, 2025 the name of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners inadvertently written as “Mr Sankha Biswas” it should be correctly read as “Mr. Gourav Banerjee”. In the 1st line of the said order the name of the learned counsel also be read as “Mr. Gourav Banerjee” instead of “Mr Sankha Biswas”. The department is directed to correct the above mentioned rectification in the order itself. The remaining portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.
