This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely, Shelim Jafar Khan Page No.# 2/2 @ Salim Jafar Khan, apprehending arrest in connection with Nilambazar P.S. Case No. 133/2025 registered u/s 121(1)/132/296 /351(2)/109/3(5) of BNS. 3. The Case diary, as called for, is placed before the Court. 4. It may be mentioned that by order dated 09.10.2025 the petitioner was granted interim bail. 5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor confirms that pursuant to grant of interim, the petitioner has appeared before the IO for recording statement and there is also progress in investigation. 8. In the given facts and circumstances, the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioner, vide order, dated 09.10.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner (a) shall co-operate with the remaining investigation.
