Gangsters and Anti Social Activities Prevention Act, Police Station- Gagaha, District- Gorakhpur. Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been implicated in this case on the basis of single base case. Learned AGA for State-respondents has opposed the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners. This writ petition is disposed of directing that till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., the respondents are restrained from arresting the petitioner pursuant to the First Information Report, subject to cooperation in ongoing investigation.
