Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition.
Memo reads as below; Undersigned Counsel for the Petitioner respectfully submits as follows that, The Petitioner has field above Writ Petition seeking quashing of Demand Letter/Notice dated 19.04.2025, bearing No. AEE(Ele)/SO/SA/H DURGA/52, issued by the Respondent for payment of Rs.29,84,922/- (Rupees Twenty-Nine Lakh Eight Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-Two Only). Further, the Petitioner is intending to approach the Karnataka Electricity Commission to resolve the aforementioned issues, in view of the same the Petitioner withdrawing the present Writ Petition, in the interest Justice and equity.
Hence, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
