This is an application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, praying Page No.# 2/2 for granting of bail in respect of the accused/petitioner namely Mirza Alfa Alom in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No. 763/2025, under Section 126(2)/74/75(1)(i)/296 of BNS, 2023. 3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he inappropriately touched the chest of the victim girl and misbehaved with her. The petitioner was arrest on 11.09.2025 and he has spent about 50 days behind bars. 4. Having regard to the nature of the allegations and the period of detention undergone, the prayer for bail is allowed. 5. Accordingly, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Elaka Magistrate authority in connection with the aforesaid case subject to the following conditions: 1. The accused/petitioner shall appear before the I.O. as and when required. 2. The accused/petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation. 3. The accused/petitioner will not induce or threaten anybody who is acquainted with the facts of the present case. 6. The bail application is allowed and accordingly disposed of.
