Learned AGP, Mr. Sonpawale, waives notice for all respondents and upon instructions, submits that the said representation dated 16.12.2024 would be decided within a period of six weeks from today. 3. In view of the said statement, which is taking as undertaking, we dispose of the petition with direction to the respondent No. 3 to decide the said representation within a period of six weeks from today.
