In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking writ of mandamus to respondents to consider the application dated 17.02.2025 at Annexure-A for issuance of Khata in respect of the subject land. 4. Having taken note of the averments made in the application, it would reveal that land in question was granted in favour of the petitioner on 26.07.2003.
