Learned counsel for respondents contends that in compliance of order dated 08.02.2024, affidavit of Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Executive Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Kanina, District Mohindergarh dated 12.01.2026 along with Annexure R-1 to R-3 has been filed. Copy of the same is taken on record. 3. A perusal of affidavit dated 12.01.2026 shows that order dated 08.02.2024 passed in CWP-1624-2020 has been complied with. 4.
