The petitioner has filed this application for quashing the entire criminal proceeding in connection with Complaint Case No.1358 of 2017, in which the learned Magistrate has found the prima facie case to be true under Sections 420, 406 of the I.P.C. and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. Learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 submitted that the evidence of the complainant has already been completed and the case is fixed and stage of defence evidence. In view of the aforesaid facts, no case for quashing of the entire criminal proceeding of this case is made out. Accordingly, this Cr. M.P. is dismissed. Pending I.A., if any, stands disposed of.
