In the first half, when the case is taken up, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite party that a reasoned order has been passed. 3. The counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a copy of the reasoned order has been given to him but his claim has been rejected. The reasoned order produced by the petitioner is kept on record. 4. Considering the aforesaid fact and the nature of the order passed by this court, this court finds that by passing a reasoned order, the writ order has been complied. Accordingly, this court is not inclined to proceed any further in the contempt proceeding and the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped. 5.
