In the alternative, directions may be given to 2 respondent No.1 to hear and decide the appeals as expeditiously as possible within time as deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court.” 3. Having heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and now taking into consideration the fact that the case(s) is listed before the concerned authority on 25.09.2025, these proceedings are disposed of with the observation that an endeavor shall be made by the authority to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible and in all probability on or before 30.11.2025.
