ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
"Wherefore the Petitioner prays this Hon'ble Court to be pleased to-
(a) Setaside the order dated April 24, 2025, on the application of the petitioner under section 239 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, in CC No.759/2019, in the Court of the Additional Civil Judge and JMFC at Nelamangala, Bengaluru Rural District.
(b) allow the application of the petitioner under section 239 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, in CC No.759/2019, in the Court of the Additional Civil Judge and JMFC at Nelamangala, Bengaluru Rural District.
(c) discharge the petitioner of the offences alleged in CC No. 759/2010, under sections 323, 354, 427,447,506 and read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code-1860, pending in the Court of the Additional Civil Judge and JMFC at Nelamangala, Bengaluru Rural District.
(d) grant such other relief/s this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case, for the ends of justice.
2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be
disposed of leaving open all contentions and directing the trial Court to dispose of the proceedings in CC No.759/2019 as expeditiously as possible.
3. Submission is placed on record.

4. Petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of CC No.759/2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
